Privacy Policy

Nexus 360 is operated by Vector Stack LLC. We act as a processor for Merchant Data handled on a Merchant's behalf, and as a controller for the account and usage data we need to run the service.

Account data — name, work email, organisation, role and authentication data for the people who use the platform.

Merchant Data — catalogue, listing, inventory, pricing, order, customer-shipping, fulfillment, returns and financial data, either entered by you or retrieved from a marketplace or service you have connected.

Integration credentials — tokens and identifiers issued when you authorize a connection. These are stored encrypted and are never shown back to you in full.

Operational data — logs, request identifiers, error traces and usage metrics needed to run, secure and debug the service.

To operate the features you enable, to sync data with the channels you connect, to provide support, to bill you, to detect and prevent abuse, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Merchant Data to train models for other customers.

We share data with the marketplaces and service providers you connect, as needed to carry out the actions you ask for; with subprocessors that host and operate our infrastructure, under contract; and where required by law. We do not share Merchant Data between Merchants.

We keep Merchant Data while your account is active and for as long as needed for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations. When you disconnect an integration or close your account, the associated credentials are revoked and purged, and the associated data is deleted or anonymised on the schedule described in the applicable integration policy. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

Access is limited to the personnel and systems that need it. Credentials are encrypted at rest, traffic is served over TLS, and we take reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.

Depending on where you are, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows. If we process data on a Merchant's behalf, we will direct the request to that Merchant.
